Clarity before noise
We strip complex situations down to the decisions underneath them, rather than continuing to juggle symptoms.
You’ll work directly with me, Hannah Nitschinger — a product and delivery leader who helps organisations decide and deliver what really matters in an AI-accelerated world.
German–British, based near Stuttgart, working internationally.
Leaders usually bring me in when the organisation is smart and capable, but delivery feels slower or more painful than it should.
We strip complex situations down to the decisions underneath them, rather than continuing to juggle symptoms.
I’ll support strong ideas and say clearly when something is unlikely to create value — always with the aim of helping you move forward.
I don’t stop at recommendations. I work with leaders and teams in real delivery moments, then refine what we build from the evidence.
For more than 15 years, I have worked where product strategy, organisational psychology and delivery meet. I’m comfortable with complex stakeholder landscapes, distributed teams, legacy technology and initiatives that need to regain momentum.
My work spans AI-powered SaaS, healthcare and medtech, publishing, manufacturing and industrial platforms. The common thread is helping capable people align around value and turn good intentions into observable outcomes.
And Whoo improves how organisations decide and deliver value. We look beyond one team or one ceremony to understand how strategy, decisions, trust and delivery interact across the organisation.
Culture and collaboration matter because they affect performance: clearer decisions, faster feedback, stronger ownership and more dependable delivery. The aim is not a better-looking transformation. It is better outcomes for your stakeholders.
You’re hiring a human — me — supported by a small AI toolkit. It helps us see patterns faster, stress-test decisions and turn working sessions into useful assets your teams can keep using.
AI supports our thinking. It does not make decisions for your organisation.
You’ll know when and how AI is being used, and where its limits are.
Your data, your people and the context around them are treated with care.
Every engagement is tailored, but the rhythm is deliberately simple.
If smart people are working hard but decisions or delivery still feel harder than they should, tell me what is happening.
